The Draw Ceremony of Beijing 2008 Olympic Football Tournament

Media Notice

The Draw Ceremony of Beijing 2008 Olympic Football Tournament will be held in the Regent Hotel at 19:00, April 20th.

IMPORTANT

Taking into consideration the space limitations of the draw venue, FIFA and BOCOG have agreed to choose about 120 media from the list of media accredited for the Good Luck Beijing 2008 Women’s Olympic Football Tournament Qualification Play-Off Match to cover the Draw Ceremony. The list of accredited media for the Draw will be published on www.goodluckbeijing.com. The list will appear by media organization, not by individual name. It is up to the media organizations to choose the individual representatives they want to send to the draw.

Here are the media guidelines:

The media must be accredited in order to cover the Draw Ceremony. They must wear two accreditation cards----the accreditation card issued for Good Luck Beijing 2008 Women’s Olympic Football Tournament Qualification Play-Off Match and the card for the Draw Ceremony. Besides, a wristband will be given to each media who cover the Draw Ceremony.

The card for the Draw Ceremony and the wristband will be distributed at the lobby of the Regent Hotel after 16:00 on April 20th.

The mixed zone will begin to operate shortly after the Draw.

Press Conferences: There will be two press Conferences on April 20 (ONLY OPEN TO MEDIA ACCREDITED FOR THE DRAW).
