To cover the event, media representatives should apply for accreditation. Categories of media accreditation include: ‘E’ (journalist), ‘EP’ (photographer), ‘ENR’(non-rights holding broadcast organization) and ‘RT’(rights holding broadcast organization).
Applicants for media accreditation are required download the Media Accreditation Application Form of the event.

The accreditation form should be completed with stamp of Media Organization or signature of Authorized Person.
Applicant should provide a passport photo (45mm x 35mm), and affix it to the accreditation form.
All the accreditation forms should be sent back by mail to the following address before April 18, 2008.

The accreditation applications from the media representative may not be accepted, due to the limitation in the capacity and the service facilities of the specific venues. Accreditation application after the deadline may not be considered.
Media for visa application must return the Visa Application Form and relevant materials before April 18, 2008 through e-mail at mediaservices@goodluckbeijing.com.cn. Notification message for visa transaction will be sent to each applicant in time through e-mail. Applicant issues late application after the designated deadline will not be guaranteed to get visa in time.

The Organizing Committee will issue the accreditation card-taking notification in the “Media Services” column on the official website of ‘Good Luck Beijing’ series events one week prior to the opening of each event, and all accredited media may go to the designated place to take the card within appointed time by showing your personal valid ID documents. For more detailed information, please refer to the relevant notice on website.
For broadcast and radio media applying for accreditation, please contact the Organizing Committee to confirm your accreditation categories and quotas.
